I am an operations and strategy consultant with over 14 years of experience in defence logistics, supply chain management, and operational systems. I specialize in operational structuring, logistics coordination, system management, and sustainable organizational models, particularly within the defence sector.
My approach is built on disciplined process management, strategic thinking, and developing solutions aligned with real operational needs. Rather than focusing on short-term fixes, I prioritize long-term efficiency, sustainability, and operational reliability.
